Step 1: Season ribs with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Heat butter and oil on medium high in skillet.
Step 3: Add ribs and brown on both sides, then remove from pan.
Step 4: Lower heat and saute onions, garlic and mushrooms for 3 minutes.
Step 5: Stir in soup, broth, water and kitchen bouquet.
Step 6: Add ribs to skillet and spoon soup mixture over meat.
Step 7: Bake covered at 350* for 35 minutes, flip ribs and spoon gravy over.
Step 8: Continue baking, covered another 30 to 45 minutes, or until meat is tender.
