Step 1: Brown garlic in olive oil.
Step 2: Add onions and gently saute until crunchy and brown.
Step 3: When onions are almost done, add parsley and saute until limp.
Step 4: Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente.
Step 5: While pasta is cooking, beat eggs, cheese, and basil together.
Step 6: Drain pasta and place in serving bowl.
Step 7: Fold egg mixture into hot pasta.
Step 8: Add onion mixture and mix well.
Step 9: Sprinkle with pepper and top with additional parsley, basil and Parmesan.
