Step 1: Wash spinach. Drain well and remove heavy stems and ribs.
Step 2: Place spinach in a large saucepan.
Step 3: Add rosemary and green onion, and toss lightly.
Step 4: Cover and cook over medium heat until spinach is wilted, 3-4 minutes, shaking pot frequently.
Step 5: Drain excess liquid.
Step 6: Add salt, butter and lemon juice, and toss to mix.
