How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine yeast, water and sugar in a large mixing bowl.

  • Step 2: Add all the flour at once.

  • Step 6: Place dough in pot and cover.

  • Step 7: Let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

  • Step 8: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 9: Bake, covered, for 45 minutes.

  • Step 10: Remove lid and bake an additional 15 minutes.

  • Step 11: Remove from oven and take bread out of pot.

  • Step 12: Serve hot with honey-citrus butter.
