Step 1: Combine yeast, water and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add all the flour at once.
Step 3: Mix well.
Step 4: Knead a few minutes until smooth and elastic.
Step 5: Grease a deep pot with a lid.
Step 6: Place dough in pot and cover.
Step 7: Let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Step 8: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 9: Bake, covered, for 45 minutes.
Step 10: Remove lid and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Step 11: Remove from oven and take bread out of pot.
Step 12: Serve hot with honey-citrus butter.
