Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients together in a large re-sealable plastic bag and swish together to coat wings.

  • Step 2: Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • Step 3: Preheat broiler for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place the wings in a single layer on top of the foil; discard marinade.

  • Step 5: Place the pan on the top shelf of the oven and broil for 10 minutes, turn the wings over and broil for another 8 to 10 minutes until skin is crispy and golden brown. (This will depend on the size of wings and type of broiler so keep a close watch)
