  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • Salt, dash
  • 2 drops yellow food coloring (more if you want darker)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

  • Step 2: Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 3: Beat whites lemon juice and salt, when foamy add extract and food coloring, now slowly add in sugar, beating on medium until its all added.

  • Step 4: Switch to high speed. When stiff, put into piping bag using star tip, make shape by going back and forth.

  • Step 5: Place into oven.

  • Step 6: Bake 4 hours until cookies dry, dont remove cookies while hot from paper.
