Step 1: Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Step 2: Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3: Beat whites lemon juice and salt, when foamy add extract and food coloring, now slowly add in sugar, beating on medium until its all added.
Step 4: Switch to high speed. When stiff, put into piping bag using star tip, make shape by going back and forth.
Step 5: Place into oven.
Step 6: Bake 4 hours until cookies dry, dont remove cookies while hot from paper.
