Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, cut in 3" pieces
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill weed, chopped (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Crumble feta cheese into bowl of food processor with chopping blade.

  • Step 2: Mash garlic clove with flat edge of knife or in garlic press and add to processor bowl.

  • Step 3: Add herbs. Process just until herbs are chopped. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Process until desired consistency, adding more sour cream for a softer spread.

  • Step 4: Makes about one pint.
