Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound smoked turkey (slices)
  • 8 ounce avocado (sliced, more if you like, 1 avoocado
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 loaf French (16 ounce) bread (sliced ,toasted)
  • 1/4 cup arugula, diced
  • Romaine lettuce (2 leaves)
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Pepper, dash (optional)
  • Olive oil, drizzle of (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: On bottom of toasted bread, mash avocado, romaine, arugula, then tomato then turkey in pretty heavy slices.

  • Step 2: Top with the jarred roasted peppers, top of sub put mayo.

  • Step 3: Drizzle on olive oil

  • Step 4: Pepper if you wish.

  • Step 5: Slice in half.
