Step 1: Fry the onions and bell peppers in the oil and as they brown add the red pepper, curry, and ground caraway.
Step 2: Quickly mix or the pepper will get bitter.
Step 3: Add the chicken, walnuts, ketchup, Worcestershire and chili peppers.
Step 4: Cover again and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5: Fry the slices lightly brushed in oil until browned.
Step 6: Add the salt, pepper and thyme to the mixture to your taste.
Step 7: Put the chicken mixture on the fried bread slices.
Step 8: Add tomato, sprinkle with cheese, garnish with thyme.
Step 9: Broil in the oven until the cheese melts.
