Step 1: Season meat with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Sprinkle marjoram on top side of meat.
Step 3: Place an onion on each piece of meat.
Step 4: Roll up and tie with thread or fasten with toothpicks.
Step 5: Roll meat in flour.
Step 6: Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
Step 7: Add meat and brown on all sides.
Step 8: Pour off excess fat.
Step 9: Add tomatoes and horseradish.
Step 10: Cover and cook over low heat 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
