  • 12 ounces zucchini (2 cups, diced)
  • 6 ounces corn kernels (1 cup, frozen)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 lime (juice of)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (leaves)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (or more, to taste)
