  • 3 stalks (6 ounces) celery, chopped
  • 6 cups chopped zucchini
  • 2 cups frozen green beans
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • Oregano (pinch
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Use 1 cup water to steam the green beans, then add the zucchini garlic and celery.

  • Step 2: Steam for another 5 minutes until just tender, do not over cook.

  • Step 3: Add the steaming water with the veggies and blend

  • Step 4: Adding more boiling water as needed.

  • Step 5: Add the parsley and butter and blend again.

  • Step 6: The broth can be kept in frig 4 days and freezes well.
