Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • FOR MEATBALLS
  • 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 4 ounces yellow onion, chopped (1/2 cup, diced small)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh gingerroot (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 can (21 ounce) pineapple tidbits (drained ,juice saved)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • FOR THE REST
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 ounces bell pepper (1/2 cup, cubed)
  • 4 ounces yellow onion (1/2 cup, cubed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix meat mixture.

  • Step 2: Make balls.

  • Step 3: Fry in hot oil until browned.

  • Step 4: Take balls out.

  • Step 5: Mix up sauce mixture leaving out the tidbits but adding juice, pour into pan, stir alot.

  • Step 6: Add back balls and let cook down until thickened, dont move meatballs around much.

  • Step 7: Add pineapple onion and bell pepper. Cook just until veggies are hot.
