  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4 cup melted butter and salt in a bowl.

  • Step 2: Combine potatoes and cheese in crock-pot.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle stuffing mix over potato mixture and drizzle with remaining 3 tablespoons butter.

  • Step 5: Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours, until potatoes are tender.
