Step 1: Combine soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4 cup melted butter and salt in a bowl.

Step 3: Pour soup mixture over potato mixture; mix well.
Step 4: Sprinkle stuffing mix over potato mixture and drizzle with remaining 3 tablespoons butter.
Step 5: Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours, until potatoes are tender.
