Step 1: Dry on a tray covered with cheesecloth in the sun.
Step 2: When the flowers are fully dry, place in an airtight bag or jar.
Step 3: To serve, add 1-2 teaspoons to the bottom of a teacup and pour boiling water over to fill cup (or you can use a tea ball strainer).
Step 4: Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Strain. Add honey and lemon.
