  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 green (6 ounce) bell pepper (seeded and cut into strips)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • Salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F
