Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Beat the eggs.
Step 3: Add the sugar and beat until well mixed.
Step 4: Add the oil and beat.
Step 5: Add the zucchini, lemon juice, and lemon zest and mix well.
Step 6: In a separate bowl combine the flour, salt, soda, and baking powder and add to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
Step 7: Gently fold in the floured blueberries.
Step 8: Pour the batter into 2 greased and floured 5x9-inch loaf pans.
Step 9: Bake approximately 55 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of one of the loaves comes out clean.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and cool 10 minutes,
