Step 1: To make pie crust: Crush the Wheaties, then measure.
Step 2: Add melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar together.
Step 3: Form in pie crust set aside.
Step 4: Separate eggs.
Step 5: In top of double boiler, add egg yolk, 2/3 cup sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind
Step 6: Cook over boiling water till thick
Step 7: Chill.
Step 8: Beat egg whites to stiff peak stage. Beat whipping cream; add to egg whites.
Step 9: Add lemon sauce gently.
Step 10: Pour into pie shell.
Step 11: Put in freezer.
Step 12: Serve out of freezer.
