  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups cider vinegar
  • 5 to 10 hot peppers, ground (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine everything in large pot and heat on medium heat

  • Step 2: Stirring occasionally until getting the gel you prefer.

  • Step 3: Place in heated jars and put on dome lids and rings.

  • Step 4: Place jars in canner then fill with hot water until water reaches the bottom of the rings.

  • Step 5: Bring water to a boil and boil for approx 15 minutes and remove jars from water.
