Step 1: Cover venison with water and bring to boil in a heavy pot. Simmer several hours until venison is very tender, adding salt and pepper.
Step 2: Remove the venison, while letting the pot continue to boil.
Step 3: Shred the venison , then mix it with the acorn meal.
Step 4: Add this mixture to the broth and simmer together until the broth bubbles creamy-white with yellow flecks.
