  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • 1.8 ounces celery (1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • 1.5 ounces green bell pepper (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (optional, finely chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cream cottage cheese with cream cheese together until smooth and free of lumps (in food processor).

  • Step 2: Add remaining ingredients (dont need to mince them in food processor as fine) Blend well.

  • Step 3: Serve with crackers, Vienna or French bread.or pita chips
