  • 1/4 cup walnuts, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, crushed
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (crushed)
  • 1 quart water
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grind nuts in food processor to a fine crush.

  • Step 2: Combine cornmeal, berries, crushed nuts, and the maple syrup in a pot of water and bring to a boil.
