Step 1: Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Step 2: We used about 300 grams of finely sliced beef and marinated for about 1/2 hour but no more than 1 hour.
Step 3: The DH cooked and drained the marinade, reserving it and quickly seared the beef in a wok to seal the meat and then added the reserved marinade and bought to the boil and then simmered for a couple of minutes.
Step 4: We served the beef strips in wraps with salad.
