Step 1: Heat the milk, add the sugar and the yeast, and wait till the yeast activates (8-10 minutes).
Step 2: Sift the flour.
Step 3: Add the remaining ingredients, and work together to form a smooth dough.
Step 4: Roll out and fold over, so that the dough is four layers thick. Rest for 20 minutes in a cold place. Repeat the process twice more.
Step 5: Roll out the pastry to a thickness of just under 1/4 inch, and score the surface.
Step 6: Cut into rounds.Cut out circles. (I used a 3 cm diameter long cutter), and place them to a baking paper (in a baking tray). Brush with beaten egg, and cheese then let raise again.
Step 7: Bake in a preheated 325 degree for 30-40 minutes until golden. (check that seems to long).
