Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 ounces goat cheese (spreadable, 1/2 cup)
  • 1 (10 ounce) pizza crust (Italian cheese-flavored, cut int half horizontally)
  • 1/2 cup basil, chopped
  • 1 bottle (7 ounce) roasted red bell peppers (drained)
  • 3/4 pound cooked turkey (thinly sliced, I would use turkey from the deli)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a large skillet coated with Pam over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Spread cheese over half of crust. Arrange basil, peepers and turkey over the cheese. Top with remaining crust and cut into 4 wedges.

  • Step 3: Add sandwiches to the pan and cook 2-5 minutes per side or until browned.
