Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • I yellow onion (medium onion, chopped)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package (16 ounce) dry egg noodles (wide)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 3 quart casserole with cooking spray. Over medium heat saute onions in a large skillet for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned and no longer pink in the middle, 4 to 6 minutes.

  • Step 2: In a dutch oven cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well and return noodles back to dutch oven. Add ground beef mixture to noodles along with all ingredients except paprika. Mix to combine and add to prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

  • Step 3: Cover dish and bake until heated through and bubbly approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
