  • 1 chicken bouillon cube (or veggie cube)
  • 6 peeled, chopped (2.25 pounds) potatoes
  • 2 stalks chopped (4 ounces) celery
  • 1 chopped (8 ounce) yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (8 ounce) evaporated milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the veggies and water and bouillon together, boil for 30 minutes until potatoes get mushy. Mash potatoes so soup is thick.
