Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (5.5 ounce) cooked chicken (turkey or ham, drained)
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes (cold)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons oat flour
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil (enough to cover bottom of skillet)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Break apart the meat and mix with the potatoes, egg, oat flour, mustard, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl; form into 4 patties.

  • Step 2: Coat the bottom of a non-stick skillet with vegetable oil and bring to medium high heat; cook the patties until browned on both sides, about five minutes per side, being careful when flipping them over.

  • Step 3: Season the cooked patties with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 4: Enjoy!
