Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (oven rack set at second-lowest position).
Step 2: Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Step 3: For the crust; in a bowl whisk all crust ingredients together until smooth; pour into the baking pan.
Step 4: Using a spoon drizzle about 1/2 cup of the pizza sauce over the crust batter then using a knife gently cut into the batter producing a marbled effect (reserve about 1/4 cup to drizzle on top).
Step 5: Sprinkle the chopped pepperoni or salami, bell peppers and mushrooms over the crust.
Step 6: Dot the reserved pizza sauce over, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 7: Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 8: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown; cool 5-10 minutes before slicing.
