Step 1: In a lrg bowl, whisk the first 8 ingredients until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a liberally greased 3 or 4-quart slow cooker.
Step 2: Cover & cook on low setting for 3-4 hrs or until eggs are set.
Step 3: Allow to cool for 5-10 min. Run a knife around the edges of the crock pot & then invert it over a serving platter. The contents should slide easily onto the platter. Cut into wedges & serve immediately.
