Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 1/4 ounces Bisquick Baking Mix (or other biscuit/baking mix of your choice, 1 cup)
  • 2/3 cup 2% milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 5.3 ounces ham (1 cup, cooked, chopped & cubed)
  • 4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese (one cup)
  • 1 small yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a lrg bowl, whisk the first 8 ingredients until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a liberally greased 3 or 4-quart slow cooker.

  • Step 2: Cover & cook on low setting for 3-4 hrs or until eggs are set.

  • Step 3: Allow to cool for 5-10 min. Run a knife around the edges of the crock pot & then invert it over a serving platter. The contents should slide easily onto the platter. Cut into wedges & serve immediately.
