Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • SAUCE
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Paprika (pinch)
  • PIZZA
  • 1 pizza crust (12-inch, pre-baked)
  • 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked, diced)
  • 1 pound cooked ham (thinly sliced and diced deli ham)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (frozen, defrosted and chopped into 1/2" pieces)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450°F.

  • TO PREPARE THE SAUCE

  • Step 2: Melt the butter on medium heat in a small saucepan. Whisk in the flour and cook for 30 seconds. Whisk in the milk and heat; keep stirring until the sauce is almost simmering and has thickened.

  • Step 3: Remove the pan from heat and whisk in the cheese until melted. Return the pan to the heat if needed.

  • Step 4: Stir in the mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • TO PREPARE THE PIZZA

  • Step 5: Place the shell on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread the cheese sauce over the surface of the pizza shell leaving about an inch uncovered around the edge.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle the chicken, deli ham, broccoli, and cheese over the sauce.

  • Step 7: Bake for 25 minutes.
