Step 1: Heat up oil in a frying pan.
Step 2: Scoop out the batter then spread throughout the frying pan with the ladle. Fry on one side for about 5 minutes, until golden brown. Carefully flip over using a spatula and fry on the other side for few more minutes.
Step 3: Add a bit of oil to the pan after each pancake.
Step 4: Mix cinnamon and powdered sugar, sift over pancakes.
