Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound fresh broccoli
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 6 ounces low-fat Greek yogurt (2/3 cup)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 ounces sliced bacon (4 thick-cut slices, cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup red onion, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Remove and discard large leaves and tough ends of the stalks from the broccoli. Peel and coarsely chop the stems; coarsely chop the florets.

  • Step 2: Process the cream cheese and next 4 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add the broccoli; pulse 12 to 15 times or until finely chopped.

  • Step 3: Fold in the bacon and remaining ingredients into the cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately, or chill up to 3 days.
