Step 1: Remove and discard large leaves and tough ends of the stalks from the broccoli. Peel and coarsely chop the stems; coarsely chop the florets.
Step 2: Process the cream cheese and next 4 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add the broccoli; pulse 12 to 15 times or until finely chopped.
Step 3: Fold in the bacon and remaining ingredients into the cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately, or chill up to 3 days.
