Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 20 large (1 to 1 1/4 pounds) shrimp (prawns)
  • 1 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 2 large garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (crushed)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil (virgin)
  • 2 lemon wedges

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet

  • Step 2: Add peppers, chili sauce, garlic cloves, basil, rosemary & pepper

  • Step 3: Stir fry for apprx 6 minutes or until the peppers are just heated through - still crisp

  • Step 4: Add prawns and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until the prawns are just cooked
