Step 1: Finely chop 8 olives & set aside. Cut eggs in half lengthwise & remove yolks. Mash yolks in a small bowl. Add the chopped olives, mayo (or sour cream, if using), parsley, vodka, olive juice & cayenne. Mix well & stuff or pipe mixture into egg whites.
Step 2: Garnish eggs w/whole olives (see pic). Sprinkle w/salt & pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
