Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 20 olives (stuffed, divided per prep)
  • 6 large eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (may sub sour cream)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh minced parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vodka
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Finely chop 8 olives & set aside. Cut eggs in half lengthwise & remove yolks. Mash yolks in a small bowl. Add the chopped olives, mayo (or sour cream, if using), parsley, vodka, olive juice & cayenne. Mix well & stuff or pipe mixture into egg whites.

  • Step 2: Garnish eggs w/whole olives (see pic). Sprinkle w/salt & pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
