Step 1: Drain syrups from fruit cans and reserve.
Step 2: Add cloves and cinnamon to syrups, bring to a boil and boil until liquid is reduced to 2 cups.
Step 3: Stir in molasses and vinegar and heat, stirring, until molasses well combined with syrups.
Step 4: Remove cinnamon stick and cloves with slotted spoon.
Step 5: Lower heat, add fruit and heat gently.
Step 6: Serve hot or refrigerate and serve cold later on.
