Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 red capsicum (deseeded and finely diced)
  • 1 tablespoon Moroccan Seasoning
  • 500 gram ground lamb (lamb mince)
  • Pizza bases (2 plain)
  • Pumpkin dip (200 grams, Macro Moroccan Pumpkin Dip)
  • 200 grams feta (crumbled)
  • 1 cup fresh parsley (continental parsley leaves)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C.

  • Step 2: Grease 2 large baking or pizza trays.

  • Step 3: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add onion, garlic and capsicum and cook for 5 minutes or until soft and then add seasoning and cook for 1 minute or until aromatic and then add the mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up the lumps, for 8 minutes or until mince is browned and then let cool.

  • Step 4: Place pizza bases on prepared trays and spread with the pumpkin dip and top with the mince mixture and feta and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and bases are cooked through.

  • Step 5: Garnish with parsley to serve.
