The ingredients are:
  • 2 fillets (10 ounces) tilapia fish (5 ounces each, or any other type of fish)
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces prosciutto ham (four 1 ounce thin slices)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grind pepper over fish and wrap each piece in 2 slices of prosciutto - they will probably be slightly overlapping.

  • Step 2: Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat to medium-high heat. Add fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until prosciutto is crisping and fish is starting to brown. You may need to turn the heat down to medium after a few minutes.

  • Step 3: Note: cooking time might need to be increased if using a thicker type of fish than tilapia.
