Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Step 3: Melt butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat. Set aside to cool.
Step 4: Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 5: In a large bowl, beat brown sugar, eggs, powdered coffee and vanilla extract until blended.
Step 6: Stir in cooled chocolate mixture.
Step 7: Spread batter in an even layer in prepared pan.
Step 8: Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy.
Step 9: Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Step 10: Beat in liqueur, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Step 11: Carefully pour over brownie layer and spread in an even layer.
Step 12: Bake 20 minutes until the top is almost set.
Step 13: Mix sour cream and sugar.
Step 14: After bars have baked 20 minutes, remove pan from oven and carefully spread sour cream mixture over top.
Step 15: Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer.
Step 16: Cool pan completely on wire rack before cutting in bars.
