Step 1: Beat egg white and water at high speed of an electric mixer until foamy. Add the pecan halves, stirring to coat well.
Step 2: Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and salt; sprinkle over the pecans, stirring to coat well.
Step 3: Spread in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container.
