Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (hot & freshly brewed)
  • 6 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 16 ounces vanilla ice cream (softened, 1 pint/2 cups)
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cold)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place hot coffee & chocolate syrup in blender container. Blend until smooth & cool mixture to room temp.

  • Step 2: Pour cooled mixture into a med howl. Add softened ice cream & cold coffee.

  • Step 3: Using a rotary beater, beat until smooth. Spoon into tall glasses & serve immediately.

  • NOTE: I entered the prep as written, but feel an immersion blender would be equally efficient for the prep
