  • 2 ounces pear (Asian pear, chopped)
  • 2 ounces sliced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon prepared minced ginger (jarred)
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Few drops hot sauce
  • Pinch hot pepper flakes

How to Make
