Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 7 tablespoons oil
  • 7 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 to 2 cups all-purpose flour

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bolw add oil, milk and salt and whisk to combine.

  • Step 2: Then add 1 cup of flour and the baking powder.

  • Step 3: Mix well and keep adding flour and kneating until you have a nice ball of dough.

  • Step 4: The dryer, the crispier the crust will be.

  • Step 5: Let it rest for 15 minutes. Put it in the ball of dough in the center of your pie mold and spread it with your hands.

  • Step 6: Then fill it with you favorite quiche ingredientes and bake for 20 to 30 minutes acording to your quiche directions.

  • Step 7: I some times add sesame seeds to the flour to give it a cruchy twist.
