Step 1: Salad ... Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. And, make sure to adjust it to your tastes. More or less bacon, tomatoes, mayonnaise/yogurt; and even the seasoning. Like any salad ... you really need to make it your own - and, there is no right or wrong. Use what you have; and, if you it more creamy ... add more mayonnaise. More bacon or celery, simply add more.
Step 2: Cover with plastic wrap; and, refrigerate at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
Step 3: Serve and ENJOY! ... As a sandwich, with crackers or crostini, on cucumber slices, stuffed in tomatoes or celery; and, wrapped in lettuce leaves for a healthier version. The tomato and bacon really give this salad spread a "BLT" flavor.
