  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • Hot cooked rice, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

  • Step 2: Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Wrap each chicken breast in 1 strip of bacon and place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

  • Step 4: In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and soup.

  • Step 5: Spoon mixture over the chicken and bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes or until slightly brown on top.

  • Step 6: Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
