Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Step 2: Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 3: Wrap each chicken breast in 1 strip of bacon and place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Step 4: In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and soup.
Step 5: Spoon mixture over the chicken and bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
Step 6: Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
