  • 250 grams cooked chicken breast (2 cups, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 100 grams blueberries (1 cup fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced tarragon
  • 2 cups lettuce (or spinach leaves)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, hot pepper sauce and salt.

  • Step 2: Stir in chicken, celery and blueberries.
