Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, diced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place milk, 1 cup sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, baking mix, eggs and butter in blender or food processor. Blend 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 2: Pour batter into buttered 10 inch pie plate.

  • Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes or until center of pie is set.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon sugar over top of baked pie, place under broiler until lightly golden.

  • Step 5: Cool and serve with whip cream.
