  • 22 ounces Pepperoncini (Vlasic Salad Peppers, drained)
  • 6 ounces large olives, (ripe, drained)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese (cubed)
  • 2 cups mushrooms (halved)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 4 ounces pepperoni slices
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Salami slices, optional
  • Pepperoni slices, optional
  • Whole green onions
  • Gardienere, optional
  • Fontina cheese, cubes, optional
  • Pepperjack, cubes, optional
  • Baby corn, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pour vinaigrette into large, shallow nonmetallic dish.

  • Step 2: Add peppers, olives, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, and pepperoni.
