The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus (spears)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Step 2: Snap the ends of the asparagus off from the bottom of the spear. (Woody tasty end)

  • Step 3: Place on a jelly roll pan and cover with the olive oil, and season it with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: Roast for 15-20 minutes, depending on how roasted you want it.

  • Step 5: While it is roasting, make the sauce with the vinegar, honey and mustard.

  • Step 6: Remove asparagus to serving platter and pour dressing over the top.

  • Step 7: Serve hot or at room temperature.
