Step 1: In a small saucepan over very low heat,melt chocolate with 2 Tablespoons milk.
Step 2: Add cream cheese and remaining milk stir constantly until well combined.
Step 3: Refrigerate for about 10 minutes or until cooled.
Step 4: Fold in non dairy whipped topping until mixture is completely mixed.
Step 5: Pour into pie shell and freeze for 4 hours.
Step 6: NOTE: If desired top with optional ingredients.
